Emma Archer is a writer, educator, artist, public servant and passionate lifelong student. She crams as much into her week as she can while juggling a chronic illness, working, parenting, and studying. She has many talents and hobbies, and isn't letting anything, including Multiple Sclerosis, get in the way of a good life. She is an advocate, leader, loyal friend and mentor as well as a keen, if slow, runner.


Emma loves listening to others share their ideas and stories, and is passionate about expressing herself artistically. She is an alumni of Flinders University, the University of South Australia, and the Sylvia Rodger Academy, and has now added "published author" to her long list of life achievements. She uses her voice to make an impact, is currently working on her writing adventure, and is excited to see what the future holds.


Emma was born in Sydney, Australia and settled in Adelaide after living in several other cities. She lives in organised chaos with her husband and two kids, two dogs, one cat, and many plants. She is building a satisfying and meaningful life, using her experiences to inspire others to find their voices and make their own mark on the world.
