Jason Goss

Jason Goss founded HGI in 2020 after his time in the Australian Army, driven by a genuine passion for uncrewed systems and a need to keep learning, building, and pushing his skills further. That path led him deep into 3D printing and CAD design, into the fast moving world of FPV flight, and into developing a hands on understanding of drones that you do not get from a classroom. At HGI, experience is not something we talk about. It is what we deliver.

HGI specialises in UAS and Counter UAS consultancy and training design, working with major defence contractors and large organisations on complex capability challenges.

Jason’s background as a TUAS Flight Instructor in the Australian Army brings real operational depth. This is not theory. It is built on years of hands on work, problem solving in real environments, and a genuine commitment to advancing Australian capability in the UAS space.

He has designed introduction to service training programs, supported international primes entering the Australian market, and consistently delivered solutions that make complex systems practical and usable.
